Today we've added two scenarios useful for students at work.
"It's hard work at a startup!" lets you practice what it's like being a "Jack of all Trades" in a small startup company. You will talk about a range of subjects from people contacting the company.
In "You're through to Michael, how can I help?" you'll play a customer support agent in a helpdesk. You will talk to customers who phone up about their service - but be careful, some of them may be angry! 😉
Both of these scenarios are intended to be worked on with a teacher.
