Today we added another three roleplay scenarios.
"The New Client" lets you pretend to be a senior technical person in a meeting with a potential new customer. You need to reassure them that your company's software will be a good fit for them - but be careful not to embarrass your boss!
In "The New Boss", your old manager has left the company, and a new one has taken her place. He has asked you to a meeting in his office and wants to get to know you.
Finally, in "You're Through To Michael, How Can I Help" students played a call-centre support person who had to answer calls from customers. In "Hi, It's Susan Here!" it's the other way round - you need to make calls to the customers to see how they're getting on.
